WORTH READING IF YOU'RE NOT HOME WHEN EXPECTING THE DELIVERY
My item was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday.
Since I am working, all the driver had to do was to ring the doorbell and leave the parcel at the building reception - instructions given both on the phone with customer service (after holding for 20 mins) and on their buggy website.
He completely ignored the instructions and did not bother to call me on THREE consecutive occasions.
If you ever need to contact their customer support - may God have mercy on your soul. I ended up emailing their director since they were impossible to reach otherwise.
She guaranteed that my parcel would be delivered on Saturday and that the depot manager would personally overlook the delivery. It is Saturday at the time of writing this review, and they said that "due to an unexpected issue in my area" they will deliver it on Monday the earliest. Noone is answering either.
This is just a bad joke and I am on the verge of cancelling my order just because they are practically refusing to deliver my parcel.
