I was expecting a parcel yesterday, I wasn't going to be home, so I asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour. It wasn't. I called and they said they asked the driver to go back and deliver to a neighbour. He didn't. It was rebooked today to be delivered to a neighbour again. They said I wasn't at home (DUH!), and that's been sent to my "nearest" shop, which is half hour walk from my house. Now I'm trying to call but I only get an automated message re my specific parcel, and it's saying that it's going to be delivered again tomorrow. Every single time I get something delivered with this company I have problems. Every. Single. Time.

Now I'm calling and I only get an automated message because my phone number has been logged into their system re my parcel. I cannot talk to ANYONE at this company.
