DPD failed to deliver 10 times out of 15, including going to the wrong address, not turning up, taking a photo of the house without getting out of the Van and generally being unhelpful, incompetent and even lying.
My experience with all other courier companies is fine.
DPD must either have rotten management or a rotten business ethic to cut corners.
Dont do on line shopping if DPD are the courier.
