DPD were not great. Tried to deliver on the wrong day and then, after we rearranged for the Saturday, they messaged at half 5 (after I'd stayed in all afternoon) to say parcel would be delivered on Monday instead. I arranged to pick up the parcel from depot on the Sunday but had to wait another 50 mins for them to find the parcel, even though I'd arranged in advance to collect it.
Everyone I spoke to DPD was very nice but it was surprisingly difficult to have a parcel delivered
