DPD falsify signatures
I’ve lived in various London postcodes - at the moment in E17. In all places DPD have falsified signatures. Frequently i’ll get a text saying my parcel has been signed for when DPD have delivered it but not asked me to sign for it. Even worse they frequently leave it on the doorstep and then sign for it themselves. This proof of signature is what verifies to the seller that the item has been delivered. If it’s stolen from the doorstep and the buyer has not signed for it but there is ‘proof of signature’ because DPD have done it themselves, this opens up a legal can of worms. Despite complaining to DPD on every occasion it still happens. I now no longer buy from companies who choose DPD as their courier company.
