I can not believe that you have NOT parcelled my items to the location they where supposed to be delivered to.
You were informed that the parcels are going to no:35 but instead of reading the instructions you were given you past my items on to no:37
What was the need for that no:35 has been sat indoors waiting for this her windows where wide opened enough... (shout throw or call)
Clearly reading simple instructions must be difficult or is it that MONEY more important
