DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have had multiple issues with DPD, this being the last straw (one of my bridesmaids dress) I will make sure any company I use doesn't send via DPD. your customer service voice message is from the director of customer service... Well a message to you, you have some of the most unhelpful customer service staff I have ever come across.
It seems this is a trending theme so well done DPD!
