The worst delivery service ever. Nothing is on time. Drivers can't find the addresses, and they don't even try. They keep going to a restaurant down the street from my house in a different postcode! Multiple attempts to fix this have been unsuccessful. Also, the apps, driver tracking, and text updates are completely inaccurate. I think they are just for show.
Email takes forever to respond to and they don't do anything anyways.
The live chat takes forever and the 'person' is unresponsive.
