DPD are normally very good leaving parcel in safe place and really appreciate it.
On this occassion their driver decided to place MY PARCEL IN THE BIN. My bins gets collected on a Friday, you guessed it so did my headphones.
The customer service team are speedy to reply but with little movement in providing confirmation to the retailer so a replacement can be sent out. To further add salt into the wounds, the driver offered to buy replacements to avoid penalty points by DPD but then sent text message laughing about my unfortunate situation. Wasting anyones time, energy and money is simply rude.
