sent off a super expensive computer monitor. Spent over £30 in packaging to protect it, marked it as fragile and it arrived destroyed.
Customer service was a complete joke. It took them two weeks and three chases to get a claims form and then found out the £50 insurance I paid was invalid because of their insane "prohibited items" policy.
