I wish I could give Zero stars. It has been nearly a month since I send 4 boxes with DPD and only 3 arrived. They lost the most valuable box and nobody is responsible for it. Poor customer service. They are not investigating, they are not looking for it and the won't refund. To pay a bit more sometimes is cheaper. We lost around £400 in that box. Horrible company.
