I wasn't able to attend delivery at the alloted time period and I had to call customer service to ask for reschedule.
Although with the delivery estimated for the next day, they refused to offer me another time slot.
The only option was to collect the parcel at a later time from a safe place 2.3 miles away.
I said I wanted to complain and was advised to wait for a call from the management team to address the issue.
Nobody called back.
They just ignored me.
Totally disappointed.
