Looks like this is them business just to pass by the postcode and say, "the receiver wasn't home" I was sitting outside MY FLAT to receive my baby pram and I have taken a day off (LOSS OF PAY) just to receive it. I saw the driver outside my flat and I asked him that do u have parcel ? He refused straight away "A BIG NO ON MY FACE" and drive off. In my opinion DPD driver works as "SELF-EMPLOYED" and they don't want to work like an employee, if that make sense. They recorde it as receiver wasn't home so that we can go and pick up our parcel by our self. In fact the driver got paid for that job which he didn't even completed. DPD pls fix these issues. I have given 2 mobile number so if your driver can't reach me with one he can reach me on other. And I was waiting right outside my flat to receive it. Even after being soo much alert, still miss out my parcel. It's not right. Just think about the DISABLE, PREGNANT OR PEOPLE WITH LESS ABILITY TO WALK. EDUCATE YOUR DRIVER.
