Their attitude stinks! Book a service with stated pick up and delivery dates, then when you've sat in all day waiting & query where they are, they copy and paste lines about there's "no guarantee" and "next day"only means 'the day after they [deign to] collect it," despite paying a premium for same day pickup & booking in good time.
