Delay after delay after delay. Utter shambles. I'm so annoyed, words alone can't express. If this was the first time, they'd be forgiven, but it's not. It's one of half a dozen experiences with DPD delivery. Never meet the delivery dates. Constant promise followed by delay.
Retailers need to stop using this terrible company. Customer services is a joke. Tell you all the right things, how sorry they are. Actually never do anything to help you though.
Avoid like the plague.
