The delivery man sent a message ‘sorry we missed you’ without even attempting to deliver the parcel, also taken a picture of a black screen as proof, which wasn’t even of our door/house. He was given instructions to call us if he can’t find our location as it’s not the easiest but didn’t he bother. Untrustworthy!!!
Had to leave work early just for this and then be on hold by customers services for around 20 minutes to be told they will have to call back the next day as they are closing!
