Shame you can't give no star.
Changed address in the morning, driver didn't bother reading where my parcel needed delivering and didn't even go to my door and put up a picture of his trousers as proof he went to my door. The customer service is disgusting and they hung up on me for stating the fact that they have incompetent drivers who can't do something as simple as checking delivery address or to follow their procedures to take a picture of the door you tried to deliver the parcel to. Would not recommend dpd to anyone
