Everything went wrong... Parcel pickup late, lost in transit, sent from Brighton to Glasgow, mysteriously made to collect from pickup shop.. But parcel not there, promised call backs and updates, didn't get any.. Parcel delivered to wrong adress.. A week of broken promises... Still don't have parcel. Dpd have ruined my Christmas...
