I ring to double check the address its going to and get an automated message saying "THE DRIVER COULDNT COLLECT AS HE WAS DELAYED"
THIS WAS BEFORE IT WAS DUE FOR COLLECTION
are DPD drivers psychic or time travellers,how do they know they couldn't collect and were delayed before the collection was actually due
not even the courtesy of letting me know.if I hadn't rung id have wasted my time waiting in
