This company is so bad. They have never delivered on time . They never follow the instructions you give . And like today i waited in for 3hrs and still got the 'sorry we missed you' message.
Online shops should say which courier they use so i can avoid this shower of sh#t.
It quicker for me to drive down to chichester than to wait for DPD
