DPD is absolutely useless and has no policy for an exception or does not follow them. I have a very sad issue with parcel shipped with them and it is a disaster. They are delivering parcels for the 3rd day and never even bothered to call to receiver call to find out where is he located. It ends with the phrase: "Your parcel could not be delivered as we don't have the required contact name/number"
What?! Their courier cannot read or blind?!
