Awful at the best of times. But today they attempted one knock at my door before marking the attempt as 'Business permenantly closed - return to sender'. I called them half an hour later and they said there is nothing they will be able to do. Ironically the parcel is being returned to me in the first place because the same thing happened to the address that I sent it to in the first place, so God knows where it is going now.
Impatient and thick headed. Really disappointed and will make sure not to use them in the future.
