(Covid-19) I ordered something that should have been delivered within 1 week max.
I got an email it would get delivered today (2 and a half weeks after order) but it didn't show up. Next day the same thing. Got an email, didn't show up. Now it's day 3. Still no package.
Why send an email at all if they can't deliver.
