Parcel was booked for collection 21st May, waited in, it was not collected. re-booked it for collection the next day, waited in, it was not collected. no one is answering the phones or emails.tried customer service, just said we can collect on the 26th, but nothing else, no response,no help or booking confirmation? no offer of a refund, as I have paid for next day delivery. Is it going to ever be collected? absolutely shocking customer service. I was a regular customer but will never use this company again.
