A total piece of sh/t "company"... Order placed 10 days ago, online retailer stated delivery in 9 days. Initially the DPD tracking site provided an estimated date for this shipment. As it got closer to that date on the calendar, the estimated date disappeared from the DPD website. A chat rep confirmed delivery was to occur yesterday. Did not, surprise. Today the chat says 'driver cannot be contacted' and closes chat. I will never again buy anything from a company that uses these fks to 'deliver'. Will contest charges with the bank.
