If I could give them 0 stars I would..I thought hermes was bad but bloody hell!!!
They was meant to deliver wednesday didnt come..changed 4 thursday am and before Thursday even came they had changed it to saturday per my request at 6.51am!! Baring in my mind I wasnt even up..customer service r 0 help and I now wont get a parcel I need..absolute joke I will stick to Hermes now!
