My parcel is showing as arrived at the depot and the online chat person tells me it has not been scanned in since the till today the 27 and i need to go back to the seller to raise a query.
Are there no procedures and checks to see if parcels get delivered. Seems like a free for all. Something goes missing no one knows and no one is bothered. Will never use DPD
