I can’t actually give them no stars but would if I could!
Apparently delivered a package but not to me, then confirmed they had lost it in the depot. No problem - will deliver Saturday instead of Friday. Then Monday (but realised it’s a bank holiday) so then Tuesday. Called today to see what time and no - it’s tomorrow (Wednesday) now - though won’t hold my breath.
What a total shambles. 3 managers not bothered to call back, director of customer service and exec team all doing nothing.
