1. They delivered pay parcels to different addresses.
2. They lost my laptop and spent a whole week lying to be that it will be delivered the next day when that didn't happen, they would say the day after and so on. I'm still waiting for my pc.
3. Customer service in the complaints department still hasn't contacted me yet.
