A DPD driver reversed a 7.5t truck into my car and drove off, leaving heavy damage to my vehicle.
I located CCTV footage and other evidence the next day and went to DPD with the proof.
Ignore emails and have not followed up with this at all.
Disgraceful behaviour.
Odd that DPD has very little or none active social media - lots of complaints online though.
