Unreliable company. They sent me a message 10 minutes ago where they said they tried to deliver my parcel but no-one ringed nor knocked the door. I tried to call the company when I received the message but there is no way to talk to anyone.
I would not use them to send my own parcels and I wrote to the company that works with them to say what happenedand recommend them not use them in the future. I hope they seriously speak with the driver as they made me waste my whole morning. Well done DPD
