Promised I would receive call-back from his manager Nathaniel (refused to provide a surname) as there is no way of being directed to a more senior member of staff. Call back was promised for 12pm, never done. Another call, another call-centre operative (Vicky this time), told me I'd get a call back at a time which would suit their company. A constant stream of lies and evasions froman organisation that really shouldn't be in business.
