I want to give NO stars, The driver did not call, stopped at the bottom of the hill and took a photo, then said I was out.
I paid £10 extra to get this the next day,
I rang DPD within 5 mins of the sorry you were out email,and was told the driver would call back and they were very sorry.
Hour later I rang back again, the driver will TRY and come back, if not he will deliver tomorrow.
DPD getting as bad as the rest, drivers just dont care.
