Spent all day waiting for an expensive parcel to arrive, only for the driver to claim I wasn't in without even ringing the door bell.
Spent 40 minutes going through a clearly intentionally obtuse phone system, finally getting to an agent who promised the depot would ring me back within an hour - which again, has not happened!
What an absolutely useless company, I'll be avoiding any companies that ship via DPD in future.
