Very easy communication, follow up after the surgery through WhatsApp or email very easy as well. Once we got to Istanbul the process was smooth from the airport pick up, hotel, transportation between hotel and clinic. Regarding the procedure itself it was as expected. Now waiting for the results but after 10 days, everything went as expected. I don’t see the reason why somebody should pay 5 times the price having such a good team with experience at their price. Definitely recommended. Thanks to Felipe (WhatsApp contact) and Isabelle (translator on-site), both did tremendous job making sure everything happen the best way possible.
