DO NOT USE - Terrible Service. Have a drainage issue with my septic tank. Have charged me 3 times and not helped with fixing the issue. Call handler is patronising. Despite being told the manager was not available, he miraculously came on the call and said he had heard the whole conversation?! His reponse was for me to find someone else. Having 4 young children in a house with drainage issues is clearly not a matter of priority when their own team didn't book my appointment in as promised. Customer is not right in this establishment. I was made to feel as though they were doing me a favour when in reality I am paying and asking for an issue to be fixed.
