“Total joke of a company! Expensive and badly run. I called to make an appointment, was told I’d be sent an invoice to pre pay. I wasn’t. Found someone else who was more refutable, called drainsurgeonsuk.com back to cancel and they couldn’t find my booking! The next day I got 3 payment chasers! The day after that I got 2 marketing emails. Please note I’d called them and emailed them to get them to cancel and remove me from their marketing list. Someone had the audacity to email me back and say there was info on how to unsubscribe at the bottom of the emails they bombard you with. STAY AWAY!!!”
“DO NOT USE - Terrible Service. Have a drainage issue with my septic tank. Have charged me 3 times and not helped with fixing the issue. Call handler is patronising. Despite being told the manager was not available, he miraculously came on the call and said he had heard the whole conversation?! His reponse was for me to find someone else. Having 4 young children in a house with drainage issues is clearly not a matter of priority when their own team didn't book my appointment in as promised. Customer is not right in this establishment. I was made to feel as though they were doing me a favour when in reality I am paying and asking for an issue to be fixed.”
