I found DreamIT Host's customer service to be well above my expectations for a hosting company.
My questions before signing up were answered very promptly, and then when I decided to sign up, they migrated my WordPress site from my previous host very quickly with notifications along the way.
So far, I haven't had any issues with speeds - I am only using their base minimum shared hosting plan.
All in all, a pretty good experience so far
