“Zero rated, policy driven, inflexible company. Refunds for advance unsatisfactory services and overpriced renewals are explicitly denied (non-compliant with Corporate Law). Heads up warning to ensure when renewals are due with this company, that negotiable pricing is not an option, nor is transferring to another provider after domain transfer is still in process. There are many other Aussie Web Hosting providers with greater flexibility and approach and recommend to use them”

“You will not find a better service than DreamIT, In my 20 years of web and domain hosting, without a lie I have never experienced customer service like them. If you have a problem, they respond quickly. they will help you out. The prices are good as any other hosting. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.”

“DreamIT Host helped me migrate my small web design and hosting business, with all of my customers, from a low cost, low quality provider, to their premium Australian server. The team at DreamIT went WAY above and beyond to help me migrate to their DirectAdmin Reseller product with ZERO downtime. They were extremely patient and professional. Jason in particular took ownership of my case and worked overtime to get the job done. DreamIT pricing is very reasonable, especially considering SSL is provided for all DirectAdmin User Accounts, not to mention the impeccable service. I have been happily informing my customes that their websites have gone to a better place... a stable, reliable, lightning fast server.”

“Have been with DreamIT for just under 2 years now. Tried their services after having some technical and reliability problems with another provider. The difference was like night & day. The service has been super reliable and I have not looked back. So much so that I have moved some other services I had on other providers to DreamIT as well. Thanks guys. 👍”

“One of the things that has impressed me about DreamIT is the people on their support desk. I can always get an answer from Jamie or Abs within an hour for any support issue and if it is marked as urgent, it is usually a few minutes. Their responses are friendly and efficient and I have yet to throw a problem at them that they could not find a fast answer to.
