Questions get answered but not always in a way that a non IT person can understand. You guys all know what you're doing but for a person who is clueless the answers received are not always clear. It would be great if there were a way that we could speak with you which would give you guys an idea of how savvy we are and maybe clear up any confusion

Unless you want to pay big bucks the is no support plus their phone is money by a message service

I moved from another hosting company that was just awful. DreamIT are very good and have excellent support during business hours. I would have given a 5 star review but I had a major problem that was a simple 5 second fix but it happened at 8:30PM when there is no support by phone. I raised a ticket but email wasn't working due to the fault so I had to wait 9 hours for the issue to be resolved. Other than that it's been awesome.

Please stop sending domain expiry notifications when they're set to auto renew. Instead attempt to charge the card on file and then send an email if the payment fails.

If you are unable to find this option in your My DreamIT account, please send us a support ticket so our team can turn it off for you. What I like is that your in melbourne. And have good prices. What I dislike is although there is support. I didn't realise I would have so much to do to set up a new email address. With no experience using back office to manage this myself was overwhelming. I would have preffered dreamit create the email address for me. Now I am trying to get accounts on my laptop and phone again on my own. I have instructions but lack experience. This makes the process not very easy and a bit complicated. Perhaps a small set up fee for someone else to do it would have made the process a lot easier. I also tried the DIY website builder.. again if you don't have experience. Its not going to p look very professional so maybe a waste of time for me. Staff don't know enough about how to set up emails. Obviously there are lots of ways. But they should know. I feel like my email is DIY. I'm getting hosting. But I don't even know if I'm doing it right so its super stressful. Currently I have emails on my laptop. Not my phone. And the emails are sending but not receiving. I'll try to resolve this today.

Takes long to activate domain. Should make own hosting reg space instead of WHMCS

since about one week ago, I can no longer get any emails connected with your hosting in my place of work through IINET.

There was an error in the way the bills were calculated and it took 2 days to sort it out. But everything cool now. Hopefully, experience here on will continue to be 5*'s.
