Zero rated, policy driven, inflexible company. Refunds for advance unsatisfactory services and overpriced renewals are explicitly denied (non-compliant with Corporate Law). Heads up warning to ensure when renewals are due with this company, that negotiable pricing is not an option, nor is transferring to another provider after domain transfer is still in process. There are many other Aussie Web Hosting providers with greater flexibility and approach and recommend to use them

I Ordered Server for mu business last month from you, on second order you hold my order and asked for id I provided you with my picture business Details etc you upgraded my account to business account: After 1 Month my business in all regions needs new server order placed and you suspended all services although my of my renewal invoices paid either from credit or my credit card. If any new customer or any person wants to be your customer and complete all steps this type of behavior shown from your end which is very bad anyhow I will personally meet and visit to your office soon We ordered servers paid and that’s it we provided you all our cards details my company web my email and all, explained everything to you for proof that I am not bad person and using services for my business, I am many businesses worldwide under name oz cosmetics my main is selling cosmetics and hosting projects software to many people around globe. I respect you and due to trust we hired your vps and its very bad image I just need why you behaved immorally nonprofessionals keep in mind that my account was already verified. No one verifies or ask for customers details transaction I am not going to make bank account I have provided you all details instead of privacy Regarding main concern is what your issue about my payments have you authorization form like other companies incase of postal address not matches? Have you my vpn address issue which is used for work? Have you any complaint about my server? I purchased this product almost a week ago and i am unable to use it. I am not using it becuase i dont know how. I wanted to test this to determine if i can move my users across to this platforms. After i signed up I got rejected by one of your agents from asking any further questions. I just wanted to create one user, that's all to see one user create. However, I was asked to go read a document. I felt like to was being asked to go away.

Great product, very fast servers. But DO NOT EXPECT SUPPORT OUTSIDE OF 9am-5PM IT SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST. You will get their outsourced call centre who will just take your message and send it as an email to them. When they get back at 9am in the morning you're request will be dealt with. No where do they stipulate the support hours.

At this stage I would not recommend them. If you only have one domain to come over then you will be fine, but if you have multiple then there are heaps of problems. You send emails and they take ages to respond and even then do not "read" the emails and when you think you have things sorted out, there seem to be more questions and things that you - the customer - has to do. Ask you to send things through the "ticket system" but we never get satisfactory answers. No timelines as to when things will happen even though we ask in each message. We were advised that migration would be seamless and quick and 3 weeks later we are still waiting. We are not tech savy and we advised that and even though they said no problem - it has been. We are not happy. Will review again later, if communication improves and we haven't given them the flick. . Only appears to be 2 people running this company and 1 is currently on annual leave. We are hugely disappointed given the good reviews this company seems to have.

Hi Lindy, We appreciate all the feedback. There are multiple people working here at DreamIT Host, unfortunately, we don't go around reading each other's person emails especially if there's a system, in a place where we can already resolve and respond to queries. I've asked numerous times for the domain password so we can transfer it. We do ask our customers to be reasonable while following our processes and procedures, this is to ensure the best possible response. I've had a look at the ticket reply history and I can see an average response time of 1-2 hours, this is from all times of they and from our 100% Australian based team. Alternatively, if you wish to part ways. I'll be happy to organise a full immediate refund of your service, and then you're welcome to transfer your domains elsewhere. Moving forward, please keep all your queries here in this email chain, if you're looking for a prompt resolution. Otherwise, shoot over the domain password (after or before it's been renewed, we'll try transferring it even if it's already expired), or advise us you're looking for a refund and I"ll process it either way. Poor service and confusing user interface. Domain was in pending mode for more than a year and was not able to activate website properly. Had to raise a support ticket to get the domain out of pending mode to activated.

Nothing worked! Phone calls not returned. Couldnt find a realm person to talk to! Frustrated! Gave up and found another hos!
