Worked well for the most part. I spoke to someone on the phone who was really great and helpful and understood some people are not as tech savvy as themselves, excellent telephone customer service. When I asked questions on line, the responses were a little less well worded ie. didn't seem to understand the question and rather than ask again, gave slightly condescending responses which was frustrating at the time. The service is working perfectly now, got there in the end.
