The car took 9 months to arrive. When the car did arrive no body showed me how to use it. I still don’t even have an appointment to get a charging point installed so I have to plug it in in my hall and have it hanging through my letter box. I didn’t get a registration for the vehicle until less than week before the vehicle arrived, therefor the insurance was almost double what I was previously quoted because it was so last minute. Matt was lovely and as helpful as possible. Having leased many vehicles in my time this is by far the most disorganised customer service I have ever received. Especially given the technical nature of the vehicle.
I love the vehicle itself but the whole experience leading up to it was poor.
