Very disappointed with the whole refund process. Over 17 weeks to receive any of my money back only for it to be short paid by $2000. It has taken numerous emails to finally be told the hotel accommodation that you booked is non refundable. And hey would I like a letter so that I can make a claim on my travel insurance
Only book with these people if you are 100% sure you will get to travel
