Booked flights for June 11th last year and they were obviously cancelled. After a multitude of emails (when they can be bothered to respond), finally 5 weeks ago after I told them I’d put a complaint in with Barclays they admitted they’d had my money off the airline and I’d get it between 2-4 weeks. Yet here we are 9 months on and despite several more emails no reply. They truly are awful. Book direct with the airlines guys, avoid these middle men crooks at all costs.
