10 months and NO refund - I have tried my best to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt but 10 months!!! I have been reasonable, polite, understanding, all I get is the same tired spiel - 'the delay is with the airlines', 'another 2 weeks', 'end of the month'. I don't know what else to say for this firm to offer a refund. However, I have decided that I am going to pursue whatever legal or statutory mechanisms that are in place. First port of call is the CMA (can be found on Gov . UK for all those who wish to do so), after that it will be any of the aviation authorities and then small claims court.
If I could give a 0 rating I would - as for getting a refund thus far it seems not applicable
