definitely avoid it is a scam. I have a voucher with them of GBP626, and they are not willing to redeem it.
Offered to book somewhere else, which I agreed to, but refused to give me a voucher number and asked me to provide them with a travel plan.... weird. I have done that after numerous exchanges (one side) and then they disappeared again. No news since .....
