If I could score 0 I would. We booked flights before covid which then got cancelled. We were told we could reschedule the flights but these would cost an extra £600 even tho the flights for that day on their website were the amount we initially paid. We have now been waiting over a year for our refund which has also had a 15% admin fee taken off of it. Every time I contact they say there is a back log of refunds, even though we were told up to 12 weeks. Do not book with this company. If you’re trying to get a refund try and go through your bank like we have been advised to do now.
