I have very bad experience with this dream world travel. I requested for refund my ticket and . They have taken money from airline one year ago . I have sent a lot of emails but they are not paying me. I have told by airline that your agent have received money. I will ask you if they are not cooperating, you contact with airline and email them and complain with your reference regarding your matter
