No customer service whatsoever I did all the calling emailing for two years this has been going on yes I understand covid had a lot to do with this but mmm working from home and they have a cheek to deduct £97 for handling charges rediculous wouldn't touch with a barge pole oh still waiting for my refund and a call haaaa haaaaa joke
